-Cleave

With our product series -Cleave we offer you compact devices for the automated cleavageof either columns or Polygen-sliders. An oligo completely free of CPG is created in a screw cap for the customer's convenience in less than 1 hour (standard cleavage with NH₃).

The types -Cleave 8 C/16 C allow for the simultaneous cleavage of up to 8 resp. 16 columns with Luer adapter. With an -Cleave 10 S a Polygen 10-slider, with a -Cleave 12 S a Polygen 10- resp. a Polygen 96-slider can be processed.

Our new devices -Cleave 8 C₃₉₀₀ / 16 C₃₉₀₀ allow for the simultaneous cleavage of up to 8 resp. 16 columns for the ABI 3900.
